In addition to our
weekly evening sittings, one-day retreats are normally held
on the first Sunday of each month, but please phone or email
Andrew for confirmation.
Currently, the monthly retreats in London are
held at Andrew Deakin's place in Bethnal Green. Directions are
below. Bring a packed lunch, and please do let Andrew know if
you are coming. Zazen starts at 10am, please arrive 15 minutes
or so early if you can. Loose clothing is recommended.
